I am originally from the Georgia, a country on the Black Sea coast in the Caucasus. I moved to the United States seven years ago, and since then, have lived in many different towns in Connecticut, including Stamford, New Canaan, South Norwalk, and Milford.
While living in New Canaan, I worked on the town's Real Estate Revolution project for the Ad Volume purpose. This was when my love to real estate started. Since then I have been working as Certified Real Estate Appraiser, covering corridor between Greenwich and Branford, and as Interior Decorator, generating business between Greenwich and New Canaan. As an appraisal, I know different market specifics, and as designer, I know what to do to make the best out of your home.
You may be asking, why should you use my services? Because I can see the bones of the house, and its anticipation in future value. I can help you to sell your home as well, because I can prepare and rearrange your house to address the buyers' needs and desires. I am honest, hard working, and I am constantly challenging myself, till I succeed. I speak Russian, Georgia and I am fluent in English.
When I am not working, I like to work out, run on the beach, and drive around, just looking at the houses.
For now, I live in Milford, with my husband Ken, in the house which we found and fell totally in love with. We are still rebuilding and refinishing our home, and are hoping that one day we will be able to just sit around and enjoy it. This is the best part of ownership.
I have two grown up children Irakly Areshidze and Giorgi Areshidze.
My older son Irakly has been an observer of and an active participant in Georgian politics since 2001. He is one of the founders of Partnership for Social Initiatives (PSI), a public policy think tank in Tbilisi, and in 2001-2003 was a visiting scholar at the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute of the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies in Washington. He served as the chief strategist for the November 2003 and March 2004 parliamentary elections for the center-right New Rights Party. His writings on Georgia have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, The Jerusalem Post, The Moscow Times, and other leading publications. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, he was educated at Hebron Academy in Maine and Middlebury College in Vermont.
My younger son Giorgi is a law and Ph.D. in political science student at the University of Texas in Austin. Hi was born in Georgia, but lives in states for the past 11 years. He was educated in Pace Academy, Atlanta Georgia. He holds his bachelors' degree from the Middlebury Collage, in Vermont.
My husband Ken Smith was born, raised and spend all his life in Connecticut, living in different towns of the state. He has scholastic education in nutrition and hands on training in cooking combined with numerous training classes from Culinary Institute of America and certification from C.C.I. For now he is a private chef and very talented carpenter and mason. He runs his own company -"A Helping Hand by Chef Ken."
I am looking forward to hearing from you and helping you with all your real estate needs. And I mean this.
